- RED HEART® Super Saver®: 1 skein each 319 Cherry Red A, and 334 Buff B.
- Crochet Hook: 5mm [US H-8]. Feather trim on bias tape, seed beads in red and copper in two sizes, beading needle and thread, stitch marker, yarn needle.
· GAUGE: Gauge is not critical for this project.
· RED HEART® Super Saver® Art. E300 available in solid color 7 oz (198 g), 364 yd (333 m); multicolor, heather and print 5 oz (141 g), 244 yd (223 m), flecks 5 oz (141g), 260 yds (238 m) skeins.
One size fits all. Motifs sewn together measure 7” across at widest point.
MOTIF (Make 2)
With A, ch 4, slip st in first ch to form ring. Round 1: Ch 1, work 12 sc ring, slip st in first st to join – 12 sc. Place marker for beginning of round. Round 2: Ch 1, 2 sc in same sc, 2 sc in each sc around, slip st in first sc – 24 sc.
Round 3: Ch 2 (counts as hdc here and throughout), hdc in same sc, *hdc in next 2 sc, 2 hdc in next sc; repeat from * to last 2 sc, hdc in next 2 sc, slip st in top of beginning ch – 32 hdc. Round 4: Ch 2, hdc in same next hdc, hdc in next 2 hdc, [2 hdc in next hdc, hdc in next 2 hdc] 4 times, (2 hdc, ch 2, 2 hdc) in next hdc, hdc in next 2 hdc, hdc in same next hdc, [2 hdc in next hdc, hdc in next 2 hdc] 4 times, (2 hdc, ch 2, 2 hdc) in next hdc, slip st in top of beginning ch. Fasten off, leaving a long tail on one motif.

Trim
With right side of one Motif facing, join B in any st and slip st in each hdc around, slip st in first st.
Fasten off. Repeat on second Motif.

FINISHING
Position one Motif overlapping Motif with long tail end by 1½”. Position feather trim down center of right side of lower Motif, slipping end in overlap, and sew to lower Motif. Using long tail, sew Motifs together. Arrange beads in center of upper Motif and sew in place.

Ties
With right side facing, join B in center of point of one Motif, make a ch 15” long. Fasten off. Repeat to make a Tie on opposite point of joined Motifs. Weave in ends.
