NOTES:
The Body is worked in one piece in rnds of Fair Isle pattern from the lower edge upwards.
The Body is divided at armholes and then the back and front are worked separately in rows of Fair Isle pattern.
The Sleeves are worked separately, back and forth in rows.
Fair Isle patterns can be worked following the written instructions or the charts. When working in rnds, read every rnd of chart from right to left. When working in rows, read RS rows of chart from right to left and WS rows from left to right.
The turtleneck is worked from sts picked up around the neck of the Pullover.
When you see 'work even' in the instructions, this means to continue on in the pattern st you have established without changing the st count by increasing, decreasing, or binding off.
When you see 'as established' in the instructions, this means to continue in the current pattern st.

BODY:
With smaller needle and A, cast on 178 (206, 232, 260) sts.
Place marker for beg of rnd. Join by working the first st on left hand needle with the working yarn from the right hand needle and being careful not to twist sts.

Rnds 1-3: *K1, p1; rep from * around.

Change to longer larger needle.
Increase Rnd: (K35 (41, 33, 37), M1) 4 (4, 6, 6) times, k to end of rnd - you will have 1/2 (210, 238, 266) sts.

Begin Fair Isle Pattern
Rnds 1-8: Using B as first contrast color and C as 2nd contrast color, work in Fair Isle pattern worked in rnds for 8 rnds.
Rnds 9-16: Using D as first contrast color and E as 2nd contrast color, work in Fair Isle pattern for 8 rnds
Rnds 17-24: Using F as first contrast color and B as 2nd contrast color, work in Fair Isle pattern for 8 rnds.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Pattern won't print correctly! When trying to either print or save the pattern, the "Joann" banner at the top of each page apparently overwrites 4 lines of text on each page of instructions! Very annoying! I've tried two different browsers, so I don't think it's my error. I'll have to white-out the banner and hand-write all those lines to have a complete set of instructions. Please fix your website!!
