SUPPLIES & TOOLS:
- Fabric - 2yds
- Iron
- Sewing machine
- Sewing notions
- Rotary cutter & board or scissors
- Quilters rule
- Marking pen
- Pillow forms - 12"x 18" or Poly-Fil stuffing
DIRECTIONS:
- Envelope style lumbar pillow - 12"x 18"
- Cut one fabric 13"x 42" (height of pillow size plus 1" x width of pillow size x 2 plus 6")
- Fold short ends of fabric to back 1/4" then another 1/4" and sew. This will encase the raw edges.
- Lay fabric RS up, centered on cutting board. Measure out from the center on lower edge of fabric 1/2 the width of the pillow. Fold sides toward center, overlapping ends, with folds at the marks, to a finished width of the pillow form width.
- Pin and sew 1/2" SA.
- Clip corners. Turn RSO. Press out corners and fill.
