  • FolkArt® Metallic Acrylic: Blue Topaz 651, Ice Blue 2588, Aquamarine 655, Inca Gold 676, Peridot 671, Amethyst 654, Silver Anniversary 506, and Gunmetal Gray 667
  • FolkArt® 3 pc. Taklon Brush Set, 50559E
  • 25mm Wood Beads, 4886578
  • Round Wooden Box with Lid, 8161853
  • Jute String, 6156616
  • Thin Dowels
  • Toothpick
  • Small Paper Cups
  • Tape
  • Scissors
  • Palette
  • Water Basin

DIRECTIONS:

    Box
  1. Ombre the lid of the box by painting top to bottom – Peridot, Ice Blue, Blue Topaz to Amethyst. Paint the box a combination of Ice Blue, Amethyst and Peridot. Use quick brushstrokes blending colors as you go.
  2. Space out 2 upside down paper cups. Insert one end of a thin dowel into the paper cup base and tape in place. Thread 8 wood beads onto a dowel. Repeat for the second paper cup.

  4. Paint 2 beads each of the FolkArt Acrylic Metallic colors listed in on the supply list. Let dry. Note: Use the a toothpick to brace against the side of each bead as you paint to keep the bead from spinning.
  5. String the beads on a piece of jute and tie the two ends together.
