Paint Pour Graduation Hat

SUPPLIES & TOOLS:

• Paint Pour Premixed Paints: Maroon, Brick Red, White
• Painter's tape
• Paint pour cups, plastic sheeting
• Graduation cap
• X-acto® knife
• Cricut® machine
• White stick on vinyl
• Transfer paper

DIRECTIONS:

1. Using painter's tape, mask the underside of cap, making sure to cover the entire service.
2. Cover table surface with plastic.
3. Set up 4 cups to hold the cap off the surface once poured.
4. Follow paint instructions on paints for layering paints in pour cup.
5. Holding the underside of cap, pour paints onto cap until cap is covered.
6. Let paint run off the edges.
7. Let paint dry completely. (This may take at least 12 hours in a well-ventilated area in order for the fabric/paint to dry)
8. Using the Cricut machine, design lettering and add to transfer paper.
9. Rub lettering onto cap top.
10. Cut around button top with X-acto and attach tassel.
