SUPPLIES & TOOLS:
- 1 yd. Total of 4 or 5 patriotic prints
- 1 pkg - cording
- 1 yd. - Iron on Heavy Interfacing
- Glue
- Basic Sewing Supplies
- Matching thread
DIRECTIONS:
- Iron interfacing to back of all fabrics.
- Cut out 20 flags from the assorted fabrics.
- Fold and press the top of each flag to back.
- Place each flag over cording and sew close to cord, be sure not to catch the cord.
- Space the flags as desired.
- Cut ends of cord the length needed for your space.
- Flags can be glued in place if desired.
