SUPPLIES & TOOLS:
- Yarn, rainbow colors
- Smaller-sized pom pom maker
- Paper mache letter of your choice
- Hot glue gun/low temp glue sticks
- Acrylic paint
- Medium paintbrush
- Scissors
- X-acto® knife
- Metal ruler
DIRECTIONS:
- With your X-acto knife, cut off the front surface of the paper mache letter.
- Using the acrylic paints, pain the sides of the letter and also paint the front top edge of the letter. Let it dry.
- Using the pom pom maker, create assorted sizes of pom poms with the different colors of yarn.
- With your glue gun and low temp glue sticks, attach the pom poms to the inside of the letter.
JOANN Hacks:
- Finish the edges of the pom poms with your scissors for a clean finish.
