Attach Features
Fold each cuff in half, placing seam at center back. Press pieces very lightly with a warm steam iron, placing double thickness of fabric between iron and features. Place a small dab of craft glue on backs of all features and press firmly onto cuff, using photo as placement guide. Allow to dry briefly. With yarn needle and matching yarn, sew pieces to cuff. Be sure not to catch back side of folded cuff when sewing. Weave in ends.
POMPOMS
Make 4 pompoms using both colors held together. With yarn needle and tails of yarn at center of pompom, sew a pompom to each side of cuff at the fold. Pull tails up through pompom and out the top. Trim ends even with rest of pompom.
