SUPPLIES & TOOLS:
- Assorted colors of paint
- Cardstock or thick paper
- Scissors
- Glitter
- Pipe cleaners & other embellishments
- Craft glue
DIRECTIONS:
- Begin by folding cardstock in half.
- Put small dots of paint on one half of the paper towards the center, and fold paper in half to "smoosh" paint flat to create a mirrored image on the other half of the paper.
- Allow paint to dry for at least 12 hours.
- Once paint is dry, use scissors to cut out the shape of a bug - butterfly, beetle, dragonfly, etc.
- Fold pipe cleaner in half and roll up ends to create antennas for each bug.
- Attach antennae using craft glue and add glitter and other embellishments as desired.
