  • Buttercream Icing Recipe (link to recipe online)
  • Pink Icing Color
  • Lemon Yellow Icing Color
  • Violet Icing Color*
  • Rose Icing Color*
  • 6-Cell Jimmies
  • Pink Sugar Pearls
  • White Sugar Pearls
  • Freeze-dried blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, bananas, mangos
  • Donut pan
  • Cooling grid
  • 9" angled spatula

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Prepare donut batter following recipe instructions. Bake and cool donuts. Divide buttercream into three equal portions. Using Pink and Lemon Yellow icing colors, tint one portion each pink and yellow. Tint remaining portion violet using color combination provided. Ice donuts with pink, yellow and violet icing. For Pink Donuts: Top with freeze-dried strawberries, freeze-dried bananas and pink sugar pearls. For Yellow Donuts: Top with freeze-dried raspberries, freeze-dried mangos, white sugar pearls and yellow jimmies. For Violet Donuts: Top with freeze-dried blueberries, pink jimmies and pink sugar pearls.
