Using a screwdriver, remove the frame backing and both pieces of glass from frame. Set the frame, frame backing and one piece of glass aside and lay the second piece of glass on the work space.
Paint frame new color if desired.
Starting at one area of the glass squirt a small amount of paint onto the glass. Using different colors add paint to different sections of the glass.
Use various techniques to move paint around on the glass. (Blowing paint around with a straw, tilting glass, pushing paint around with sponge or q-tip, etc) Tip: Use a paper towel to gently soak up excess paint if it's too thick in some areas.
Let paint completely dry before placing back into frame. (About 1-3 hours, depending on how thick the paint is)
Lay frame face down. Place painted glass inside the frame paint side up then place second piece of glass on top. Screw frame backing on and add hardware.
