ORDER PROCESSING TIME  

Most orders begin processing as soon as your online order has been confirmed. You’ll receive an email with tracking information when your order has shipped. Please allow up to 10 business days (standard delivery) and up to 4 business days (express delivery) to receive your tracking information. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary based on the location of your shipping address.  

 

DELIVERY TIME 

During checkout, standard and express shipping options with the estimated delivery transit times will be made available. Transit times are expressed in business days (Monday-Friday) and exclude weekends and holidays in the origin and the destination country. Estimated transit times exclude shipments delayed due to errors in data, exceptions caused by customs delays, weather, invalid address/phone number, consignee not available, and other unforeseen circumstances. 

 

MULTIPLE PACKAGES 

Orders with two or more items may arrive in separate boxes, with no additional shipping charge.

 

We may ship your order to you in multiple boxes or via multiple carriers due to:

 

The order size — large orders often are split into multiple boxes for more efficient delivery.

The item's size — some items required special handling and packaging and thus a separate box.

The item's source — some items will come to you directly from our supplier
 

SHIPPING TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS  

When you enter your billing address details during the checkout process, you will be given the option to enter a different delivery address in the same country.  Please note that we reserve the right to contact you for further information if you give a different delivery address than the billing address.  

 

DELIVERY PROBLEMS 

If you are not available to receive your delivery, the carrier might leave a contact card (depending on type of delivery service and carrier) at your address indicating when they will attempt to re-deliver the package. If you are not able to receive the package on the last attempt the carrier is willing to make, it will be returned to the carrier depot. You will then have to contact the carrier to obtain your package, otherwise the order will be returned to our warehouse, and you will be refunded through your original payment method.
