Not as high a quality as old cover :(
I needed a new cover and decided to make one but what i received here is alot less quality (thickness, heat resistance, etc) than what I had to throw away! I actually melted it at one spot. You get what you pay for. This is more plastic than heat resisting (aluminum materials??? than my previous cover was made from)

Great for making potholders
I used this material to make potholders. It worked well. I used it two ply, hoping to help block the heat with stuffing in between and on one side, I used decorative cotton material. I use the potholder several times a day.
