    Rated 3 out of 5 by from I won't buy another one I purchased this based on the 5 star reviews I read. Unfortunately, none of those reviews mentioned this is an ADHESIVE ironing board cover. It was very difficult to remove the paper backing without the cover sticking to itself. Trying to "un-stick" it from itself removes the adhesive from that area. What a HUGE PAIN trying to get this onto my ironing board. The actual Teflon coated part of the cover is perfect ... I wish it did NOT have the adhesive backing. What happened to the regular Teflon coated ironing board covers that did not have an adhesive backing?

    Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ironing is a breeze A friend quilter recommended this product. I'm glad I bought it. it stays clean and water/ steam doesn't soak in. I put more padding under the thin foam pad which was included because I preferred more cushioning. Make sure you have another set of hands to help when adhering the adhesive cover to the board!

    Rated 5 out of 5 by from easy to wipe clean and work with I bought this because i have an odd shape ironing board....i think it is one used by tailors, it is longer than most at 57" plus has the sleeve arm that flips up - anyway that made it impossible to find a new cover to fit so i had to "make" my own. This product is wonderful for that. the only caveat was, i had to use the old one for padding, my board is an open weave metal, and the thin liner material that came with it was not enough.

    Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this cover! Bought this cover a couple of years ago, but I was afraid of putting it on my board based on previous review. I finally was frustrated with not being able to find a cover locally that fit, and I watched a YouTube video. The spokeswoman said that it was like putting on sticky shelf paper. Ah ha, moment. Even though the measurements were a little narrow for my board, I forged ahead and am very happy with the results. Smooth and resistant cover!

It stuck to everything, my fingers were covered in glue covered foam, it kept sticking to itself and now my board is covered in bumps and ridges. Basically useless. I'll now need to figure out how to peal it off and start over with another cover.
