Rnd 2: *Ch 6, sl st in next st; rep from * 10 more times; join with ch 3, dc in same st as joining sl st of Rnd 1 (joining ch-3 and dc count as a ch-6 sp) - 12 ch-6 sps.
Rnd 3: *Ch 2, sc in next ch-6 sp; rep from * around working last sc into the sp formed by the ending ch-3 and dc - 12 ch-2 sps and 12 sc.
