Ch 4.
Base
Rnd 1: Work 9 dc in 4th ch from hook (3 skipped ch count as dc); join with sl st in top of beg ch – you will have 10 dc in this rnd.
Rnd 2: Ch 2 (does not count as a st), 2 dc in each st around; join with sl st in first dc – 20 dc.
Rnd 3: Ch 2 (does not count as a st), *dc in next st, 2 dc in next st; rep from * around; join with sl st in first dc – 30 dc.
Sides
Rnd 4: Ch 1, sc in same st as joining sl st, *ch 6, sk next 4 sts, sc in next st; rep from * to last 4 sts, sk last 4 sts; join with ch 3, dc in first sc (joining ch-3 and dc count as a ch-6 sp) – 6 sc and 6 ch-6 sps.
Rnd 5: Ch 1, sc in ch-sp formed by joining ch-3 and last dc, *ch 6, sc in next ch-6 sp; rep from * around; join with ch 3, dc in first sc (joining ch-3 and dc count as a ch-6 sp).

Hanger
Cut 3 lengths of yarn, about 60" long.
Spacing the lengths evenly around, draw each length through stitches around top of Hanger.
Pull lengths until all 6 ends are even with each other, then knot all lengths together.
