- E6000 Multipurpose Adhesive
- Fabric Scissors

DIRECTIONS:
- Refer to the illustrated instructions included with the Kumihimo braiding kit.
- Also refer to the Kumihimo bracelet DIY video.
- Cut 5 cords to a length that is 4x the desired finished length of your bracelet. Find the midpoint and secure it with a piece of spare stringing material.
- Push the midpoint of the cords through the center hole of the Kumihimo disc. Arrange each of the 10 cords from lightest to darkest. Place 5 into the top, center five notches and the remaining 5 into the bottom, center five notches.
- Firm up tension and attach a weight to the string securing the midpoint under the disc.
- Orient the disc with the lowest numbers farthest away from you.
- Take the top, left cord and move it to notch "E" on the left side of the disc. Now take the bottom left cord and move it to the middle, right notch, letter "e".
- Move the left most bottom cord up to notch 4. Move the cord in notch 5 to notch 15. Move 16 to 5, 6 to 16, 17 to 6, 7 to 17, 18 to 7, then 8 to 18. Finish the round by moving the middle right cord from notch "e" to notch 8. Move "E" across (from left to right) into notch "e". This brings you back to the first move. Repeat to desired length.
- Before removing the braid from the disc, knot the top cord with its corresponding bottom cord, for example knot 4 with 14, and so on.
- Remove from the disc.
- Place a line of glue over the ends. Let the glue dry and trim.
- Place the glued ends under a ribbon cord end and use nylon jaw pliers to tighten down.
- Using flat nose and bent nose pliers, open a 6mm jump ring and attach a lobster claw clasp to the loop on one ribbon end. Attach a jump ring or chain to the other end.
- Enjoy your bracelet.

The easiest craft ever
I recently brought the listed supplies to try Kumihimo for the first time, but I’m learning how to finish the ends. This craft is super easy once I get used to it.
