My granddaughter thought it was great and added the pieces to our winter LEGO village set. I would highly recommend the Friends calendar for any lego enthusiast. BTW - I was impressed enough to purchase a 2nd Advent calendar to add to my collection. Great set!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Missing pieces My daughter was bummed when one day was supposed to be a reindeer and it was something else. The picture inside the day was of a reindeer but what was inside the bag for that day was something else. Of course we told her that maybe the next day it would be the reindeer instead and that lego must have messed up and switched them up. But much to our disappointment and surprise, the very next day, she got a repeat of the day before and still no reindeer. Apparently another product of no quality control and lazyness...

Rated 3 out of 5 by from What are those those models called? I don't understand some of the models, where can I find their titles so I can explain to my child what they are? E.g. no. 2; 4; 11? Also I'm confused about all those spare details. Can they be build into some 25 gift at the end?

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Instructions on Back of Door This is my first experience with a Lego Advent Calendar, so I was quite excited to get started…only to find that there appeared to be no instructions. I thought this to be quite strange as Lego is very much a company that obsesses over even the smallest of details. On day 6 I finally realized that the instructions are on the back of the door you open for each day. In the future, perhaps the box could make some indication pointing to where the instructions can found. Other than this, it has been enjoyable and I’m excited to see what the next days will bring.
