My oldest daughter who is 7, had a lot of fun learning how to follow the booklet and build something much larger than she typically does. I love that this is a set of two houses. It makes for a great play item and I love that the friends line is expandable. We have several kits now and enjoy mixing and matching the characters.

The bags come separated by piles and makes it easier. For the amount of time it keeps her occupied and off the tv it worth the money and keeps her brain active
