Great starter kit, but grab thinner embroidery fabric
This is my very first attempt at embroidery. The kit is great, but I found that I may be tracing the design onto some thinner embroidery fabric to try again tomorrow because it took me 1 hour to finish a single leaf from all the strain I was having to put into pushing the needle and thread through. I thought maybe this is just how it would be, since I have never done this before, but I tested pushing the needle and thread through some thinner fabric I picked up in my haul and it went through like butter.
