Rated 3 out of 5 by from No ruffle edge on the base I think I followed all the directions and my base did not come out like the photo. I just have a cap that fits on the bottom. No ruffle coming up the sids Any suggestions of what might have gone wrong? Thanks

Rated 1 out of 5 by from potential hazard I'm concerned that a child could be injured if the octopus tentacles wrap around an arm or leg. It does look like it might have a certain amount of "give", but it still worries me.
