FINISHING:
FRINGE:
Cut 2 strands of A about 9in long. For each fringe, hold strands together and fold in half. Use crochet hook to draw fold through edge of piece, forming a loop. Pull ends of fringe through this loop. Pull to tighten.
Make 78 fringe along cast-on edge and 78 fringe along bind-off edge.
Attach first fringe in first st along each edge then attach fringe in every 3rd st across, skipping 2 sts between fringes.
Trim fringe evenly.
Weave in ends.

PATTERN STITCH:
Seed Stitch (worked over an odd number of sts):
Row 1: K1, *p1, k1; rep from * to end of row.
Row 2: K the purl sts and p the knit sts.
Rep Row 2 for Seed St pattern.

NOTES:
Afghan is worked in one piece in sections of Stockinette st (k on RS, p on WS) and Seed St, with Seed St borders along outside edges.
The yarn color is changed for each section.
A circular needle is used to accommodate the number of sts. Work back and forth in rows on circular needle as if working on straight needles.
When you see 'as established' in the instructions, this means to continue in the current pattern st, lining up sts as in previous rows.
