Joann’s, what’s happened to you?
The yarn itself, is decent. The softness is unmatched, although it’s usually knotted and not the best quality. If you’ve used lion brand before, you know what to expect. HOWEVER! Joann’s, and their employees ability to pick yarn is disheartening to say the least. My skeins are always destroyed, many many loose hanging strands from being pulled on or whatever, wrappers ripped and falling off (if it’s not already off and just tossed in the bag)
I can put up with all that. My final straw was, after picking up 4 skeins of feels like butta, as an in store pick up (because that’s how they give their best coupons) I immediately noticed how one skein was MAYBE half a skein. I go grab another one, exact same lot number and all, go back up and explain what happened, showing the difference in both skeins. Both employees agreed, and knew I hadn’t left the store. They wouldn’t allow me to “swap” the yarn out. They made me do a return, and then repurchase, but wouldn’t match the pick up in store coupon. So they told me I could re order and come back to pick up…. I just paid the extra $3 so I could go home and finish my project and left really rather annoyed. Joann’s was fully at fault, wouldn’t make it right, and treated me like poop.
The yarn, though. If you get it on sale is totally worth it for the softness. But be prepared for some frustration while dealing with it

Irresistibly soft
When I first touched a skein of Feels Like Butta yarn, I instantly fell in love with it because of the texture. The softness blew me away. I currently own two skeins and I am making crochet scrunchies; some can be worn as a trendy bracelet.

Poor Customer Service - Items not received
First Joann to forever to send, then FedEx gave six delays and exceptions (so far). Customer Service from neither Joann nor FedEx are helping at all. I’ve paid for items not received. And no one is taking accountability to resolve after spending 5+ hours talking to customer service from both Joann and FedEx. I’ll pay more to order elsewhere in the future.

Made a receiving blanket
I have no complaints. Love the yarn. I do hope there will be more color choices soon with the new trend of mom's wanting their baby rooms in different color schemes than just blue or pink. It would have been nice to have the variety.
