• #200 Mink 10 balls
• LION BRAND® Speed Hook size S-35 (19 mm)
• LION BRAND® large-eyed blunt needle


• SIZE:
• Scarf About 8 x 74 in. (20.5 x 188 cm)
• Hood About 10 x 16 in. (25.5 x 40.5 cm)


• GAUGE:
• 4 sc = about 4 in. (10 cm)
• BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE.

DIRECTIONS:

NOTES:
Scarf is worked in one piece. Ends of Scarf are folded and seamed to create pockets.
Hood is worked separately, then sewn to Scarf.

SCARF:
Chain 9.
Row 1: Sc in 2nd ch from hook and each ch across - you'll have 8 sc.
Row 2: Ch 1, turn, sc in each sc across.
Repeat Row 2 until piece measures about 74 in. (188 cm) from beginning.
Fasten off and cut yarn, leaving a long tail for sewing.

HOOD:
Chain 11.
Row 1: Sc in 2nd ch from hook and each ch across - you'll have 10 sc.
Row 2: Ch 1, turn, sc in each sc across.
Repeat Row 2 until piece measures about 16 in. (40.5 cm).
Fasten off and cut yarn, leaving a long tail for sewing.

FINISHING:
Pockets
Following diagram, fold each end of Scarf back about 8 1/2 in. (21.5 cm). Sew sides of each pocket.

Hood
Fold hood in half to make an 8 x 10 in. (20.5 x 25.5 cm) piece.
Seam one end for top of hood.
Match center of hood to center of Scarf, then sew hood to Scarf.

Weave in ends.
