Dries too fast to do blending.
I was so disappointed. It dries as fast as tempera. Makes good blending impossible. I don't know how it could be a student paint. How can one learn to blend when, while you're mixing your colors, what you've already laid down has dried?
I just wasted money better spent. If all you want to do is paint the color of the tube, then great. If you need to do any mixing whatever, forget it.

Unsealed and half empty
The package was extremely damaged, all 6 tubes were unsealed and half empty.

Blue paint was clumpy consistency
Would have been 5 stars until I tried using the blue paint and the consistency was very clumpy. I couldn't even return or exchange it because of the coronavirus situation.

Not as pictured
I purchased this set because of the colors shown in the picture. When I received the paints, the colors were all primary colors - not the ones shown. I will be returning the paints.
