Simple.and fun to make
Love making these blankets. Made several to give away to children at Christmas thru Joann's donation drive. So easy a 4 year old can make them!

Poor quality
Fabric is so thin it shreds when looping. very poor representation of Joann products.
Video would be helpful.

Instructions incomplete, fabric poorly suited
I ordered a no-sew fleece blanket kit and got two of the thinnest pieces of fleece I have ever touched. These instructions, when I follow them exactly, do not seem to me to provide sufficient tension to keep the blanket together, and if I pull too hard on the strips this fabric will literally pull apart!
Either include fabric-specific instructions in your kit, or don't send the cheap crap out for these kits.

Very easy once your play with fringe a bit
I needed to make 3 blankets for a family my church is adopting for Christmas. I didn't want to do all that tying so I tried this. The directions were a bit confusing but I played with it and talked my way through them and got, Like someone else pointed out...some pictures would be helpful. But overall. Fairly easy.

Elegant
Made a fleece blanket this way, last year. It was a sock monkey on one side, the opposite side a solid red. It lays so beautifully. I even put a little pocket on one side for a remote or phone.

love to see a video
This is a great idea and I think I can do this. I am such a visual learner and would love to see a youtube video... especially about cutting the slits.

Looped Fleece Blanket
Much nicer idea than previously 'tying' knots.....which made 'bumps' and were uncomfortable to lie on.
