Fringe: Cut strands of yarn 6" long. Taking 5 strands tog, fold in half and knot into fringe in every other st around Placemat. Trim fringe evenly so length from base of knot and end of fringe is 2" long. SEE DIAGRAM 1.
Optional: Apply spray starch to fringe and iron lightly to straighten.
