SUPPLIES & TOOLS:

  • 1 White lunch box
  • 1 Tube of each color of the rainbow - Diamond Dotz
  • 1 Tube of E6000 glue, no odor
  • 1 Kit of the Diamond Dotz appliques
  • Pencil or fine tip sharpie marker

DIRECTIONS:

  1. On the front side of the lunch box, draw out each band of the rainbow. There will be six bands altogether.
  2. Starting at the bottom of the lunch box, place a thin layer of the E6000 glue for the first color band. You can smear the glue into a thin layer with a small flat piece of cardboard or an index card.
  3. Using the applique kit, follow the instructions to place the Diamond Dotz on the first band. You can slightly move the Dotz as you need after you have placed them on the lunch box.
  4. Repeat steps 2-3 for each different colored band.
  5. Once completed, let the lunch box dry overnight before using it.

CRAFT HACK TIPS & TRICKS:

  • Make sure you let the previous colored band dry for a few minutes before you continue to the next colored band above.
  • As you are putting the Dotz on the lunchbox, once you have a good amount down, you can slightly push them together closer.
