How To Get It
Strong yet delicate and lightweight, the Lutradur Mixed Media Sheets can be used for crafting, quilting, sewing, scrapbooking and mixed media projects. Made of 100% polyester, these mixed media sheets are spun bond, translucent and non-woven. Use them for 3D wall art or as ink jet printing media. Sew and draw on them, or use paint or ink to create a surface that filters lights for some fabulous effects. You can melt, singe or cut them with heat tools, punches or die-cutting systems to create different effects. The pack contains a mix of regular weight and heavy weight sheets.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lutradur Great for Collage! This is a great product for arts and crafts people because of it's strength and translucency. It has an interesting textural appearance so you have to look twice to see what it is--not obvious to viewer your source materials, which is good. There is a learning curve to using it too (YouTube and books help). Like Yupo and other synthetic materials, coloring it and heating it can be problematic the first time. It is perfect though for what I needed it for in this case--to make a strutting white peacock with a fanned tail! I placed the peacock over a wildly colored handmade paper background in my collage.
