Our rental hours match the store in which they are located and are also available 7 days a week. Please check your local store for specific hours of operation.
We offer rentals in one-hour increments and always round up to the nearest hour, (i.e. a 40- minute rental will be rounded up to a single hour).
In order to rent a machine, you will need to bring the following materials with you:
  • Supplies needed to complete your project, including but not limited to: scissors, tape, fabric, thread, acrylic, etc.
  • Valid Driver’s License to verify renter’s information
Machine rentals are on a “first come, first serve” basis and reservations are needed in order to reserve your time and ensure that the machine is available. Please check your local store to confirm machine availability and reserve your time.

Machine rentals are currently excluded from store coupons or promo codes.
Yes, you may use a gift card on a machine rental purchase.
Our associates will ensure the machine works properly before you arrive at the store. Please ensure that you have filled out a Release of Claims (waiver) at the time of your rental, and should you experience issues with the machine while completing your project, simply notify a JOANN Team Member and your rental payment will be returned.
