Row 2: Ch 4, turn, dc in first st (beg ch-4 and following dc count as half Fan), sc in center dc of next Fan, * Fan in next sc between Fans; sc in center dc of next Fan; rep from * to last sc, (dc, ch 1, dc) in last sc (half Fan made) - 13 Fans, 14 sc and a half Fan at beg and end of row.
