Great with polymer clay
I bought this to use on polymer clay. It adds just the right amount of shimmer to my projects. However, it must be sealed after curing the clay.

Worth it
I've been using this for a couple of years, great way to add shimmer. My cards have that wow factor when I use it. You can stamp w/perfect medium and then pigment, IR even easier I put pigment on an acrylic block or any non porous surface mux with water and paint on. Small amount of pigment goes a long way. I usually color my cards with distress inks n other inks and then add perfect pearls to highlight and accent. If you have a water sprayer you can fill up the ranger empty water sprayers and then using the back of a spoon or utensils just put that small amount in! Shake then spray. For a look of falling snow use the white or Pearl, then hold your card or sprayer about five to eight inches away, then spritz once, take a look, if u need more, spritz a second time. You usually don't want more than that. On embossed paper I color then add the wet perfect pearls painting it on. You can heat set it, or let dry. You have to really let it dry before it becomes set in place. Perfect medium is just a way to have the powder stick to paper where it is. You lightly brush off excess, try to not brush off from medium or let dry then lightly brush off excess. There is a sticking agent in perfect pearls powder which is moisture activated. This is an easier product than the micas etc. That you can buy. Those have no sticking agent and will come completely off if you do not use glue. Perfect Pearls has more uses and you can use on small lines either using a water brush or waterpen etc. They also sell a perfect medium pen for free hand drawing. Enjoy!

Great for Adding Shimmer
I purchased these in the Metallics version. They are wonderful for adding just a bit of pearly shimmer to projects. They seem to stick well with inks. The Perfect Pearl Medium is sticky substance that helps them to adhere as well. I've even used the tiny brushes for other embossing powders in a pinch. The only thing that is a little bit problematic with these is that when opened, the powders are so fine that they get out of the cases and go can fall everywhere.

Great Product
These add a shimmery look to any project. Just brush over a stamped image (using embossing ink or distress ink), brush off excess and set by spraying lightly with water. The water is necessary or the powder will rub off. You can make your own glimmer mists by adding a small amount of perfect pearls to water in a spray bottle. Beautiful results!

"somewhat" works
i tried using this product for stamping, but even if you use the perfect medium ink pad as instructed, the pigment will still come off. i let the pigment set in for a few minutes, then i lightly ran my finger across the pigment (to test it), and it COMES OFF to a certain degree. the "pearl" is gone and the stamped image is left dull. but if i put the pigment in a mini spray with water and spray it on paper and HEAT set it, ONLY THEN it will for sure set in and the results are sooo pretty! be careful if you use it dry in your scrapbook layouts. I think in time, your gorgeous work will rub off and all that work you did will be gone.
