  • Cookie pan
  • 10"x 16" Cooling grid
  • Mini 6 pc cookie cutter set
  • Decorating tip 3
  • Decorating tip 4 (3 needed)
  • Standard coupler
  • Disposable decorating bags
  • Christmas red icing color
  • Kelly green icing color
  • Christmas shapes 6 cell sprinkles
  • Christmas traditional tall 6 cell sprinkles
  • Modern Merry 2 pk lightbulb sprinkles
  • 9" Angled spatula
  • Meringue powder

  • You will also need:
  • Roll out cookie recipe (on wilton.com)
  • Royal icing recipe (on wilton.com)
  • Cornstarch
  • Rolling pin

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Make cookies. Prepare cookie dough, rollout cookies and cut out shapes. Bake following recipe directions. Let cool.
  2. Prepare icing. Make Royal icing following recipe directions. You will need 1 1/2 cups icing. Divide icing and tint 1/2 cup red, 1/2 cup green and reserve 1/2 cup white. Prepare two disposable decorating bags with tip 4. Fill separately with green and red icings. Prepare one disposable bag with a coupler. Attach tip 4 and fill with white icing.
  3. Decorate cookies.
  4. Tree - Use tip 4 and green icing to cover tree. Add confetti sprinkles._x000B_Wreath - Use tip 4 and green icing to pipe wreath. Sprinkle with nonpareils. Use red icing and tip 4 to pipe bow. _x000B_Candy Cane - Use tip 4 and white icing to fill in; spatula ice smooth. Let set 5 to 10 minutes. Use tip 4 and red icing to pipe diagonal lines; dip in red sugar._x000B_Sweater - Use tip 4 and red, green or white icings to outline and fill in stripes on the sweater. Pat smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch. Attach sprinkles with dots of icing._x000B_Presents - Use tip 4 to pipe red or green stripe in the center of the package, pat smooth _x000B_with cornstarch. Use tip 4 and red, green or white icings to fill in the rest of the package; pat smooth with cornstarch. Use tip 4 to pipe bow loops. attach sprinkles. _x000B_Gingerbread boy - Use white icing and switching to tip 3 to pipe details.

Brownies

SUPPLIES & TOOLS:

    Wilton foodcrafting supplies:
  • 9"x 13" Baking pan
  • 10"x 16" Cooling grid
  • Green Candy Melts candy
  • 6 Cell Christmas sprinkles
  • Disposable decorating bags

  • You will also need:
  • Favorite brownie recipe or mix
  • ruler
  • knife

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Make brownies.
  2. Prepare brownie batter following recipe directions.
  3. Bake and cool brownies. Remove from the pan.
  4. Cut into triangle tree shapes 2 1/4" wide at base and 2 3/4" high.
  5. Prepare candy.
  6. Melt 1/2 cup of green candy melts, place in disposable decorating bag.
  7. Trim 3/16" off end of bag and pipe zigzags on shapes.
  8. Add nonpareils.
  9. Chill 15 minutes to set.

  • 10"x 16" Cooling grid

  • 9" Straight spatula
  • Decorating tip 21
  • Mini baking cups (Merry & Bright)
  • Santa & reindeer icing decorations
  • Kelly green icing color

  • You will also need:
  • Buttercream icing recipe (on wilton.com)
  • Favorite yellow cake recipe or mix

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Make cupcakes. Prepare batter and bake cupcakes in mini baking cups. Cool. _x000B_Make icing. Prepare buttercream icing according to recipe. Tint icing green.
  2. Prepare decorating bag. Fit decorating bag with tip 21 and fill with icing. _x000B_Decorate cupcakes. Use tip 21 and green icing to pipe a swirl on cupcake tops. Position icing decorations

Cake Pops

  • Bright white Candy Melts candy

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Prepare cake balls following recipe.
  2. Add sprinkles and place in mini baking cups to serve.

Pretzels and Crisped Rice Cereal Treats

SUPPLIES & TOOLS:

    Wilton foodcrafting supplies:
  • Candy Melts candy: bright white, red, green, lt. cocoa
  • Tall dipping tubes
  • EZ Thin Dipping Aid
  • 10"x 14" Cake board
  • Traditional tall 6 cell Christmas sprinkles
  • Christmas tall 3 cell jimmies sprinkles
  • 2 pk Lightbulb Modern Merry sprinkles

  • You will also need:
  • Ruler
  • Knife
  • Pretzel rods
  • Crisped rice cereal treat pre-made sheet or favorite recipe.
  • Waxed paper

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Prepare candy. Melt candy separately and place in dipping tubes.
  2. Pretzels. Dip pretzels in melted candy, tap to remove excess candy and place on waxed paper-covered board. Immediately sprinkle with desired sprinkles. Chill 10 to 15 minutes. _x000B__x000B_Crisped Rice Cereal Treats. If using a recipe, prepare recipe according to directions. Press into a 9"x 13" pan sprayed with vegetable oil, then unmold unto greased wax paper sheet. Or spray a large piece of waxed paper and form treats into a 1"x 9"x 13" form. Let cool. _x000B__x000B_Decorate. Cut cooled treats into 2"x 3" rectangles. Dip into bright white melted Candy Melts candy. Tap to remove excess candy, place on waxed paper-covered board. Immediately sprinkle with desired sprinkles. Chill 10 to 15 minutes.
