3 mistakes
I finished this pattern despite its issues, as noted in another review is the number of stitches which should be 114, and also Row 1 should be done as instructed, until the last 3 stitches (not until 1 stitch)- which are always knitted. Also at the end there should be 3 rows of knit as it was in the beginning. (3 rows on each end.)
My project turned out beautiful once I figured it all out but was very frustrating at first. A free pattern should be correct as well as those for sale.
It looks as though the stitch count error has been brought to your attention already. Not sure why it hasn’t been fixed and is still offered incorrectly.

Haven't started it quite yet...
I just wanted to let anyone who is going to try this project know that there appears to be a typo in the number of stitches to cast on. As far as I am aware, I don't think you can cast on a quarter of a stitch, it appears they meant "Cast on 114 stitches" which would fit with the pattern of 12 stitches plus 6.
