Beginner 1-2 Hours
SUPPLIES & TOOLS:
  • Polaroid Play 3D Pen
  • Polaroid 3D pen filament
  • Mother's Day Flowers stencil
  • Long wooden sticks
  • Favorite pictures
  • Scissors
  • Old flower pot

DIRECTIONS:
  1. Download the Mother's Day Flowers stencil. You can either print it onto photo paper and trace directly onto it or you can print it onto normal paper and use the Polaroid Play screen protector to trace over the top.
  2. Trace around the outside of the flower and then color it in, repeat this process again on the same flower, this time leaving the center of the flower empty.
  3. Cut your photo to the correct size. It should be slightly bigger than the center of the flower so that you can attach it.
  4. Place your photo face up in the center of the complete flower.
  5. Then place the flower with the center cut out over the top so that the photo shows through.
  6. You can use two different colors for the two different flowers and attach the back flower at an angle so that you have two layers of the flower showing from the front.
  7. Lay the wooden stick on the back of the flower and use the pen to attach it, creating a stem for your flower.
  8. Trace the leaf of the flower and then attach this to your flower stem.
  9. Take your old flower pot and trace over half the pot, then remove your drawing once it has hardened.
  10. Trace over the other half of the pot and once hardened, remove it and attach it using the pen to the other half you have already drawn.
  11. Add a design or a message to the plant pot.
  12. Put your flowers into the pot.

JOANN HACKS:
  • Use some stones to put in the bottom of the pot to weigh the pot down.
