SUPPLIES & TOOLS:

  • Assorted beads
  • Clear cord
  • Scissors
  • Needle nose pliers
  • Thin wire
  • Jewelry findings & earring hooks

DIRECTIONS:

  1. EARRINGS: Begin by using wire cutting tools to cut two 10" pieces of thin wire. Create a closed loop at the top of the wire by looping the wire and wrapping wire below the loop to secure in place. String beads on wire in a loop shape. Once loop is closed, wrap wire around the top to secure and bring wire down through middle of the loop. String beads on the wire and close the end using a spiral design. Attach an earring hook through the loop at the top of each beaded wire piece.
  2. BRACELET: Begin by cutting 3 pieces of 12" clear cord. String bead of choice on one of the 12" pieces of clear cord. Loop the cord through the opposite end of the bead and pull tight to secure first bead in place. Continue adding beads to clear cord until bead length is about 9-11" depending on wrist size, and repeat for each of the three pieces of cord. Attach each end of the strands of beads to jewelry findings to complete the bracelet.
