    Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed customer I had to return this item. I picked it up curbside. The employee brought it to me and when I returned home I took it out of the bag and the box was damaged. The product seemed to have been returned by someone else There was also a part missing. I was shocked that the employee that pulled it from the shelf in this condition. I had to drive back to the store to return the item which was a huge inconvenience because they didn't have any left in stock so I had to drive to another store to get another. When I called the original store to tell them my problem and to check to see if they had anymore the lady on the phone said that she didn't have time to check because they were too busy and under staffed! Terrible customer service. I believe I may have to shop elsewhere for now on.

    Rated 1 out of 5 by from Just Awful I purchased this recently, and can't even use it. This is a truly terrible design. Firstly, it's designed so that you have to physically screw it to the clip or the base in order to switch between them. That's just what you want when you're in the middle of a project, fingers covered in glue or paint, and need to move your light/magnifying glass quickly. TO TAKE OUT A FRICKIN SCREWDRIVER AND GET INTO THE VERY AWKWARD ANGLES THEY GIVE YOU TO BE ABLE TO REACH THE SCREW, AND SPEND THAT TIME FLIPPING IT BETWEEN BASES. Seriously, who thought that was a good idea. And then who agreed that it was such a good idea so quickly that they greenlit its production. To add insult to injury, somehow mine doesn't even have screw threads in the hole in the neck where you're supposed to screw it in. I don't know if mine is just defective, or this is for real how they actually designed this piece of junk. Either way - terrible.

It is easy to adjust to see what I am working on and magnifies a large area so it is perfect for any detailed work I want to do. When my eyes get tired but I’m not ready to put down a piece of jewelry I am making, I just pull it out, flip on the light and I have a perfect view so I can keep working. I love this lighted magnifying glass.
