Quit after 2 months
Loved it until it quit working after 2 months. No way to replace anything so guess that was money wasted!! I won’t buy another of this type.

Ottlite Lamps Are The Best
Only 2 stars as I purchased 2 lamps & when I went to the store to pick them up, there weren’t enough employees to help at checkout & the one person that was working, couldn’t care less that there were 8 people in line - never even requested more help!
Once I picked up my order & got it home, one of the lamps was definitely a return by the way it was packaged and it’s missing the power cord! Now I have to go back to the store to return it & get another - it they even have one AND the coupon I used will probably not be honored.
The customer service and quality control at this store is definitely lacking!

Where are my items?
I can’t review this because I don’t have it! Two items that I ordered on November 24 are still “processing”! Neither have I received any updates from Joann’s and I cannot find an area on their site to make inquiries.
I’m very disappointed since this is my first ever order with them and it may be my last. If someone from the company reads this please reach out to me.

Excellent lamp
This Ott Lite is lightweight and super easy to use with the "touch" button. It has 3 settings for brightness. I use it on the brightest setting and am comfortable with it. I like the adjustable stem and use it to shine over the top of my sewing machine. I highly recommend it.

Failed me
Bought this lamp online from a craft store. Loved it until one day I noticed the light becoming very hot to my touch. The cord had frayed and was coming apart on one side causing the light to malfunction. Have tried to find a replacement cord but apparently there are none in the known universe. Guess it will be thrown out.
