Like the light
The light works great but the pole does not stay together as well as it should. The lock between the 2 poles does not lock properly

Use this light every day
I love the brightness. I have been using this model for 3 years. It makes seeing dark fabrics and yarns so much simpler. I liked this so much that I bought a table too model.

Poor design
Tge light is great, however, if you try to move it or adjust the light to different angle it comes apart. Wish I had checked reviews before buying. A lot of money for a light that comes apart every time you try to use it.

Online ordering
Ordered this lamp on 11/24/23. It still shows processing order on 12/13/23. Called customer service they said they do not know when it will ship. They won’t refund me I have to wait for the item to come. And this is a Christmas gift I thought ordering a month in advance was enough time. At the time local store did not have it in stock. They do now so I have to go buy a second one so I can make sure I have one to give the person at Christmas. Worst customer service ever!!!

need to find something else.
While the light is good, I had to tape the stand parts together to keep them from separating. Most frustrating is that the light itself doesn't stay where I need it, since the light part is too heavy for the bendable part.

Great light for reading , Low profile design, nice dimmer option also.
I really like this light. I have one in the living room (black) for reading, one in the computer room (white) and a spare black one in the closet (great sale) for future use. Just have to remember not to try to pick it up by the top or it will come apart and disconnect.

OttLite fail
Lamp gives nice light, but the swivel top comes off every time you try to adjust. The locking mechanism doesn't work.
