- Cricut® weeder
- Cricut® single scoring wheel or scoring stylus for explore family
- Cricut® black pen set
- White cardstock
- Aqua cardstock
- Red cardstock
- Pink cardstock
- Dark gray cardstock
- Adhesive
- Pencil
- Silver brads
- Foam squares
DIRECTIONS:
- Go to this project on Cricut Design Space to make this-
- Design Space Link
- This project makes 1 owl valentine that is 4"x 7". You can customize your project size by clicking customize button in the bottom right of the project screen. Hit Make It to make the project as is. You can also choose your own color iron-on.
- Add patterned paper to the mat. The color of the canvas mat matches the color of paper put on it.
- Change machine Material setting to Cardstock to cut.
- Insert Scoring Wheel into the machine. It will score and then cut with the fine point blade.
- When the green Cricut® light flashes, press to start.
- Follow the prompts in Design Space to cut the images from cardstock.
- Layer and adhere owl images.
- Adhere owl to card base using 3D foam squares.
- Fold on score lines and adhere tail feathers to card base.
- Slide pencil into box created by the fold.
- Layer and adhere phrase to card base.
- Embellish as desired with silver brads.
