Repurposing a denim jacket
I cut off a jean jacket at the waistline and removed the sleeve cuffs. I gathered the lace and made a peplum for the jacket about 12 inches long, using the scalloped side for the hem, Also made a 4 inch lace ruffle and attached to the bottom of the sleeve. Beautiful results. My friend will wear it to the Stevie Nicks concert.
