Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect needles After many years of looking for the perfect knitting needles I've switched to using Clover for all my projects. They are not as slippery as metal, but the yarn glides smoothly over them. They are easy and light to hold and quiet while knitting. Bamboo is a "green" product also, as bamboo grows fast.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love these! I thought I was excited to inherit my Mom's extensive set of knitting needles in all sizes and lengths. However, saw these bamboo in the store, had to try them...I will never go back to the metal. These do not snag the yarn, these are so lightweight, making it easier for my carpal tunnel. I found it especially easy to knit the first row after casting on

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best needle ever I absolutely LOVE these needles. I can work quickly without dropping stitches and can easily put the work down without worrying that all my stitches will slip off. I have tried several bamboo needles and none of them even compare to this one. I just wish they were a tad cheaper so I could afford to get the entire set.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent I've been knitting for over 55 years, and I've tried all kinds of needles. I purchased the 9" bamboo in every size, and they are without exception the best knitting needle I have ever used. I knit different than most, holding the yarn in the left hand and using the right needle to do all the work. Very efficient and fast for me. However, I knit even faster now, doing 36 stitches in 42 to 60 seconds depending on the stitch. The needles are smooth, warm to the touch, light weight, with execellent points that don't split the yarn and seem to find the stitch effortlessly. Each stitch is of the same tension, size, etc. I'm defininately impressed, quite a feat, considering my knitting experience.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I LOVE these needles!! I used Clover bamboo needles in size 5 to make a teddy bear for my niece, using Caron Simply Soft yarn. I finished the entire thing in a day, I just couldn't stop knitting. The needles are incredibly light and reliable, and look so professional. If they didn't cost more than the alumininum needles, I'd buy the whole set. One thing, though: If you're making a last minute gift or have very tight stitches, I recommend having metal or aluminum on hand, so the stitches slide easier and faster.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The most amazing needles EVER I bought these needles 2 years ago on Black Friday when they were deeply discounted. my only regret is not getting the COMPLETE line of single pointed, double and circular needles when they were discounted. Yes they are that good. you will want/need these in every size they make. part of what makes these so good is a very slight snag on the yarn that keeps the yarn from slipping off the needles. this is particularly amazing in the double pointed clover bamboo needles or for doing complex patterns. another part is that they are amazingly light-weight and strong so you can knit longer. However, these are no good for "speed knitting". I dont mind the slight slow-down if you do: get these to in addition to your speed needles.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The best needles in the world. I love this brand. I don't like using any other kind of needle, because bamboo is soooo nice. The size fifteens are especially nice. For some reason, using these needles makes it easier to not make mistakes while knitting really fast.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great For Beginners I am an avid crochet artist and have just started taking up knitting to add to my collection. I had been working with aluminum needles which I found that the stitches slipped off too easily. So, I purchased a size 15 (short length) Bamboo Needles from the Clover line and I love them. They are easy on my hands, easy to handle and the stitches do not come off as easily. I would recommend these needles to anyone who is a beginner or just like the luxury of wooden needles. Great buy!
