Soft, yet has great weight
I absolutely love this Lion Brand yarn. It’s perfect for a big blanket, especially if you like weight on you. I also love this color, which I haven’t used before, so I’m excited to see how it turns out in a king sized blanket

Colors do NOT match pictures
I like this yarn. It's a good chunky, heavier weight yarn, and I've made some fabulous lapghans with it. But it's incredibly difficult to order it online without seeing it in person. The colors in the photos are so incredibly inaccurate. I'm very disappointed with that. But the yarn itself is nice.

Love this yarn!
This yarn has made me a beautiful, heavy blanket. The only issue I have with it is that it can split and fray often. Other than that it is soft and beautiful!

Colors Inaccurate
Cocoa Beach has a purple hue
Highland Park Beige has a pink hue
They look really good together, but do not work well for anything where you would actually want browns or beiges.

Inconsistent, sadly
I bought Cincinnati Red to make a Santa blanket and of the 12 skeins I needed, 2 were horrible. The problem was found in middle of both skeins where the yarn had multiple knots, often close to spots where the yarn was separated into stringy messes, often with weird cuts in some of the stringy pieces. I tired to cut out the messes as much as I could, but then, often ran into more messes, just a bit further into the skein. This is a bit pricey yard to have issues like this in the middle of a skein. Based on my math skills 1/6 of my over $6 a skein yarn being a mess, I don't know that I would/could recommend this yarn. Lion, you need to do better....
