Liquitex Gloss Medium & Varnish enhances depth of color and increases transparency, gloss, and flow. Can also be used as a final, non-removable varnish for acrylic paintings. Features excellent binder and adhesion qualities, dries clear and glossy, and is permanent, non-yellowing, flexible, and water resistant when dry. Mix with any acrylic color or apply over a finished painting. Can also be thinned by adding up to 25% water. Use it for glazing, as a fixative, collage adhesive, varnish, binder, or transfer medium. This package contains 8oz/237mL of Gloss Medium & Varnish.

Versatile
My bottle has lasted many years, so the cost per use is small (& it hasn't dried out!). I use it as a sealer/decoupage medium for pretty much any paper craft, or as a brush-on "glue" for glitter or flocking. Dry, it does have the same sort of surface as other decoupage media--will stick to another surface if left in contact with it long enough.
