Rated 5 out of 5 by from What a waste of time and money. I purchased this online and drove to the store to pick it up 2 days ago and I cannot wait until my day off so I can go and return it. It is battery operated so I installed three Energizer batteries that were brand new. Unfortunately, the light was so dim you could barely tell it was on and the magnifying lens looked blurry and hazy which rendered it completely useless to me. I have always heard such good things about the Ottlite brand but this was an absolute disappointment and I will be returning It's ASAP.
