Rated 5 out of 5 by from Almost perfect These replaced the PRANG 6mm core years ago. Losing a little lead thickness was unfortunate but the trade off was better colors. When the 5.5mm core was introduced, there was a 24 color set available but it was discontinued after a while. I miss the 24 set but if it can't be re-released, perhaps PRANG would consider ditching the gold and silver colored pencils (useless) in favor of maybe a yellow-green, peach or even gray.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Disappointed in the 72 set While I like the way your pencils perform I was disappointed in the 72 set that they did not have the colors written on the pencils like the smaller sets. I can't make a color chart. I wanted to contact the company and found no info to do so.

They work exceptionaly well, the color is vibrant, they are easy to sharpen and the thick lead doesn't break. The students have an easy grip thanks to the soft triangular shape. Good product.
