They sharpen easily and don’t break off without mistakes being made. The lines they draw are smooth and even, a little wider than a standard pencil. She really made some fine art with them already, and this set should last her a long time considering they hold up well and there’s 12 in the box. The tin they came in is nice storage too.

However, they write pretty well and that's the most important factor. I don't know if I'd recommend them, but they're not bad at all.

There’s a variety of different levels that these pencils come in. The application is smooth and they don’t appear to smudge more than they should.
