Dissapointed
WOF is only 35.5" if you count the fuzzies hanging off the selvage. Exposed side pilled with the first wash (hung dry). Very stiff and hard to work with.

Multiple uses for protective flannel sheeting
I purchase this utility fabric in bulk to protect tables, mattresses and make slip-on covers for wheelchair cushions. This fabric reduces the time spent washing bed linens, changing wheelchair cushion covers and protects fine surfaces such as tables. I always finish the raw edges and air dry to prolong the life. This is a very useful product and I have made many purchases over the years since buying a similar product for toddler beds.

Adult bibs
I use this fabric when I make adult bibs. This prevents liquids from getting thru to the clothes. It washes and drys in the dryer very well. You need to use a coupon because of the price. Well worth it.

Very good for both infants and adults.
This may be a different version of what I bought last time. The color is a brighter white than I remember and the selvedges are definitely neater. The “sandwich” is fully enclosed.
The material is soft against the skin and seems to provide some wicking action which is healthier for the skin. It is preferable to the very cute baby waterproof fabric especially for sleeping in hot or humid weather. The baby fabric works well for changing mats.
Given the visual changes in the fabric, my experience may no longer apply but—it has been truly waterproof, It is heavy enough to be more likely than the baby fabric to stay in place. I encourage this by using the dimensions 27” x 36” for adult pads. 24” x 18” is less fail proof. Judge by the size and restlessness of the user. I urge you, as others have, to sew around the edges—and only the edges—of your project before use to prevent the layers separating. Historically, these have lasted years and are definitely reusable.
Make it machine wash and dry and It will earn 5 stars.

Does the job.
Does a good job of protecting the mattress but more work than the old rubbering sheeting you use to sell. You need to surge the edges of this to keep the layers from coming apart. Not as well constructed and to much money at regular price. It's a good buy if you have coupons to reduce the price. The rubbering sheeting didn't need to be serged, it also washed and never came apart. Can't tell how long this will hold up but so far so good. It is a less costly alternative to store bought mattress protectors for cribs and beds.
