From creating buttonholes and working on lace work to quilting and thread sketching, this fabric stabilizer is sure to make your sewing projects easier. You can easily prepare a liquid stabilizer by dissolving a yard of it in eight ounces of water. Apply this solution onto the fabric surface for 30 seconds to 2 minutes followed by iron drying to get a stiff work surface.
