Emergency Hem Tape
I love the self adhesive hem tape. I keep it at work and have it on hand when the ladies (and gentlemen) have an emergency wardrobe malfunction. I work at the Idaho State Capitol for the House of Representatives and they appreciate having these kinds of things available to them and it makes me the hero 🦸♀️

Fashion Tape for the quick win
This, and any of the Hollywood Tape, works wonders. It is so easy to use and pulls off in one strip when you are ready to launder the clothing. I purchased this specific one to help with my son's costume for a theme night at his high school football game. We were able to transform a shirt in to what he wants in a couple of minutes and it was a temporary fix so we didn't have to ruin a shirt by sewing it.
